Herein, we report for the first time single Au nanocluster reaction events of highly efficient electrochemiluminescence (ECL) with tri--propylamine radicals as a reductive co-reactant at the surface of an ultramicroelectrode (UME). The statistical analyses of individual reactions confirm stochastic single ones influenced by the applied potential.
