Abstract

Loose bodies (LBs) are intraarticular free bodies and may cause synovial inflammation.Accurate and complete determination of the number and location of LBs before surgery are very important for effective treatment.The location, number and distribution of LBs in the ankle joint may be determined successfully by high-resolution magnetic resonance arthrography (MRA) and computed tomography arthrography (CTA).For this purpose, MRA and CTA may increase the diagnostic and therapeutic success of the arthroscopy.

摘要

游离体(LB)是关节内的游离体,可引起滑膜炎症。术前准确、全面地确定 LB 的数量和位置对于有效治疗非常重要。高分辨率磁共振关节造影(MRA)和计算机断层扫描关节造影(CTA)可成功确定踝关节内 LB 的位置、数量和分布。为此,MRA 和 CTA 可提高关节镜的诊断和治疗成功率。
