This research aimed to study the chemical composition of methanolic extract and its biological activities as an antioxidant, and its antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory activities based on four bioclimatic collection stages. The contents of total phenols, total flavonoids and total tannins were determined. Nine phenolic compounds were identified by LC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS. The major compound was acteoside, a phenylpropanoid which represented about 80% of the methanolic fraction in the various regions. The antioxidant activities of different locations were measured by different analytical assays, such as DPPH, ABTS and iron reducing power. The results showed that phenolic compounds and antioxidant activities varied with climatic and environmental factors. Moreover, there was a significant dependency between regions and biological activities. The use of a principal component analysis showed that there was a close relationship among phenylpropanoids, phenolic compounds and the studied biological activities.
本研究旨在基于四个生物气候采集阶段,研究甲醇提取物的化学成分及其作为抗氧化剂的生物活性,以及其抗菌、抗真菌和抗炎活性。测定了总酚、总黄酮和总单宁的含量。通过LC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS鉴定出九种酚类化合物。主要化合物是毛蕊花糖苷,一种苯丙素类化合物,在不同地区的甲醇提取物中约占80%。通过不同的分析方法,如DPPH、ABTS和铁还原能力,测定了不同地点的抗氧化活性。结果表明,酚类化合物和抗氧化活性随气候和环境因素而变化。此外,地区与生物活性之间存在显著相关性。主成分分析表明,苯丙素类化合物、酚类化合物与所研究的生物活性之间存在密切关系。
