Abstract

China's urban wastewater treatment plants' nitrogen discharge standards have become more stringent in recent years. In this experiment, the filled bed denitrification system with corncob-sulfur as fillers were constructed for the secondary effluent of the wastewater. The optimum operating conditions of the denitrification reactor with different fillers as electron donors were investigated by varying the operating parameters. According to the experiment, the alkali pretreated corncobs could maintain long-term denitrification effect. The optimum HRT for the mixotrophic denitrification reactor with alkali-treated corncob-sulfur as filler was 1.5 h, with a minimum effluent NO-N concentration of 0.31 mg/L and a removal rate of 98.62%, and effluent nitrite nitrogen, NH-N, and sulfate accumulation of 0.03 mg/L, 0.71 mg/L and 72.4 mg/L. The reactor with mixed nutrient type had the most abundant species community structure by high-throughput sequencing analysis.

近年来,中国城镇污水处理厂氮排放标准日趋严格。本实验采用玉米芯-硫磺作为填料构建填充床反硝化系统,对污水的二级出水进行处理。通过改变运行参数,考察了不同电子供体作为填料的反硝化反应器的最佳运行条件。根据实验结果,碱预处理玉米芯可以保持长期的反硝化效果。以碱处理玉米芯-硫磺作为填料的混合营养型反硝化反应器的最佳 HRT 为 1.5 h,出水 NO-N 浓度最低为 0.31 mg/L,去除率为 98.62%,出水亚硝酸盐氮、NH-N 和硫酸盐积累分别为 0.03 mg/L、0.71 mg/L 和 72.4 mg/L。通过高通量测序分析,混合营养型反应器具有最丰富的物种群落结构。
