Abstract

Recombinant human interleukin-1 beta has been crystallized into a tetragonal cell. The unit cell constants are a = b = 54.9 A, c = 76.8 A, and alpha = beta = gamma = 90 degrees. The crystals diffract to better than 1.9 A and are suitable for high resolution data collection. The crystallization conditions and general crystal data are presented.

重组人白细胞介素-1β已结晶形成四方晶胞。晶胞常数为a = b = 54.9埃,c = 76.8埃,且α = β = γ = 90度。这些晶体的衍射分辨率优于1.9埃,适合进行高分辨率数据收集。本文给出了结晶条件和一般晶体数据。
