Abstract

A young female patient with normal ejection fraction. History of premature ventricular complex (PVC) radiofrequency ablation located in left ventricular outflow tract. Two years later frequent PVC is observed in a different location (> 47000 in 24 h Holter). Anti-arrhythmic drugs were used unsuccessfully. PVCs were located in left ventricular summit. Radiofrequency ablation through coronary sinus and anterior interventricular vein was performed. During follow up no recurrence was observed. A young female patient with normal ejection fraction.
