Abstract
A middle-aged man presented with a 10-year history of intermittent low back pain. Radiological examination of the spine disclosed findings of both ankylosing spondylitis and diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH). Radiography of the hands showed the typical enthesopathy of DISH. To our knowledge this is the 2nd published case on the coexistence of the two diseases.

一名中年男性有10年间歇性下背痛病史。脊柱的放射学检查发现了强直性脊柱炎和弥漫性特发性骨肥厚（DISH）的表现。手部X线片显示了DISH的典型附着点病。据我们所知，这是第二例关于这两种疾病共存的报道病例。
