Abstract
We describe the case and treatment of a patient with multiple sclerosis who developed pustular psoriasis following treatment with teriflunomide. There are two other cases of pustular psoriasis induced by teriflunomide in the literature, and in cases where patients are not responding to conventional treatment, accelerated elimination therapy should be considered.

我们描述了一例多发性硬化症患者在使用特立氟胺治疗后出现脓疱性银屑病的病例和治疗方法。文献中还有另外两例特立氟胺引起的脓疱性银屑病病例，在患者对常规治疗无反应的情况下，应考虑加速消除治疗。
