In the investigation period from May 1982 to February 1985 1,150 sonographies of the thyroid gland (B-scan) were performed, of which 240 patients underwent a fine-needle aspiration. The results of the sonography were compared with the findings of scintigraphy and the results of cytology. With the help of own investigations the indications, the advantages and limits as well as the value of sonography were demarcated under the conditions of our clinic.
在1982年5月至1985年2月的调查期间，共进行了1150次甲状腺超声检查（B超扫描），其中240例患者接受了细针穿刺。将超声检查结果与闪烁扫描结果及细胞学检查结果进行了比较。借助自身研究，在我们诊所的条件下明确了超声检查的适应证、优缺点及价值。
