Abstract

Alkynyl esters are viable dipolarophiles for the palladium-catalyzed asymmetric (3 + 2) cycloaddition with vinyl epoxides. The chiral dihydrofurans are obtained in high yields and high values. The use of a chiral benzylic substituted ,ligand is essential. The usefulness of the synthetic method has been demonstrated; 2,3--tetrahydrofuran was also provided.

炔基酯是钯催化不对称（3+2）环加成与乙烯环氧化物反应的可行双亲试剂。手性二氢呋喃以高产率和高值获得。使用手性苄基取代的配体是必不可少的。该合成方法的有用性已经得到证明；还提供了 2,3--四氢呋喃。
