Abstract

Tropo(thio)ne-embedded homoHPHACs and their dications were synthesised by an electrophilic annulation of secoHPHAC and successive oxidation. C NMR spectra of the dications represented global 22π homoaromaticity homoconjugation, while alkylation of a thiocarbonyl-bridged homoHPHAC produced a 24π antiaromatic monocation.

通过亚乙基高聚并苯的亲电环化反应和连续氧化合成了嵌入环戊二烯酮(硫代)的高聚并苯及其双阳离子。双阳离子的碳核磁共振谱显示出整体22π同芳香性同共轭作用,而硫代羰基桥连的高聚并苯的烷基化产生了一个24π反芳香性单阳离子。
