By means of three different reactions, precipitation, passive haemagglutination and the determination of antifibrinolytic antibodies the formation of streptokinase antibody after streptokinase treatment was investigated. The earliest antistreptokinase we found with the passive haemagglutination reaction at day 4 on the beginning of streptokinase therapy. Precipitating and antifibrinolytic antibodies were found at day 7. One patient did not develope precipitating, an other formed no haemagglutinating streptokinase antibodies, the reason is discussed.
通过三种不同反应，即沉淀反应、被动血凝反应和抗纤维蛋白溶解抗体测定，对链激酶治疗后链激酶抗体的形成进行了研究。在链激酶治疗开始后第4天，我们最早通过被动血凝反应发现了抗链激酶。在第7天发现了沉淀抗体和抗纤维蛋白溶解抗体。一名患者未产生沉淀抗体，另一名患者未形成血凝性链激酶抗体，对其原因进行了讨论。
