Abstract
A case with starch peritonitis following abdominal surgery is presented. The operative findings differ somewhat from those generally reported in the literature, since the severe pathological changes were localized, and furthermore demanded bowel resection.

本文报告一例腹部手术后发生淀粉样腹膜炎的病例。手术所见与文献中一般报道的有所不同，因为严重的病理改变局限，而且还需要进行肠切除。
