In the search for versatile reagents compatible with mechanochemical techniques, in this work we studied the reactivity of -fluorobenzenesulfonimide (NFSI) by ball milling. We corroborated that, by mechanochemistry, NFSI can engage in a variety of reactions such as fluorinations, fluorodemethylations, sulfonylations, and amidations. In comparison to the protocols reported in solution, the mechanochemical reactions were accomplished in the absence of solvents, in short reaction times, and in yields comparable to or higher than their solvent-based counterparts.
在寻找与机械化学技术兼容的通用试剂的过程中,在这项工作中我们通过球磨研究了对氟苯磺酰亚胺(NFSI)的反应活性。我们证实,通过机械化学方法,NFSI可以参与多种反应,如氟化、氟脱甲基化、磺酰化和酰胺化反应。与溶液中报道的方法相比,机械化学反应在无溶剂条件下进行,反应时间短,产率与基于溶剂的反应相当或更高。
