Abstract
The data available in literature on the possibility of the aminoacyl-tRNA-synthetases to function in different eukaryote cells in the composition of high-molecular-weight complexes are generalized. Interactions in complexes formed by synthetases and other components as well as the physiological significance of such universal multi-enzymic complexes in cells of higher organisms are discussed.
