This paper is written to observe the clinical effects of "neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction" in our department. Data from March 2018 to March 2021 was selected including 187 males and 91 females. They were randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups. The experimental group adopted DVT general prevention + basic physical prevention + NMES and the control group adopted DVT general prevention + basic physical prevention. The VAS score, the content of blood D-dimer, the circumference of the affected knee, and results of DVT color ultrasound screening were studied in each group on the first day before operation and the fourth day after the operation. Results obtained showed that there were no significant differences in the baseline characteristics of the two groups of patients, such as gender composition, age, and so on ( > 0.05). The VAS scores, blood D-dimer content, and knee circumference of each group on the day before and on the fourth day after surgery were observed. Diameter and DVT color Doppler ultrasound screening results were superior to the control group in the test group and the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05). It was concluded that NMES can effectively reduce the pain, knee swelling, and incidence of DVT in patients after ACL reconstruction. It is a simple and effective intervention therapy to prevent the occurrence of DVT.
本文旨在观察我科采用“神经肌肉电刺激预防前交叉韧带重建术后下肢深静脉血栓”的临床效果。选取 2018 年 3 月至 2021 年 3 月的 187 例男性和 91 例女性患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用 DVT 常规预防+基础物理预防+NMES,对照组采用 DVT 常规预防+基础物理预防。比较两组患者术前 1 天及术后第 4 天的 VAS 评分、血 D-二聚体含量、患侧膝关节周径及 DVT 彩色超声筛查结果。结果显示,两组患者在性别构成、年龄等基线特征方面无明显差异(>0.05)。观察两组患者术前 1 天及术后第 4 天的 VAS 评分、血 D-二聚体含量、膝关节周径及 DVT 彩色多普勒超声筛查结果,实验组在 VAS 评分、血 D-二聚体含量、膝关节周径及 DVT 彩色多普勒超声筛查结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:NMES 能有效减轻 ACL 重建术后患者的疼痛、膝关节肿胀,降低 DVT 的发生率,是预防 DVT 发生的一种简单有效的干预治疗方法。
