Abstract
Pulsed duplex sonography was used for the diagnosis of lower pole arteries, which cross the uretero-pelvic junction and are possibly the reason of hydronephrosis. We could identify the crossing vessel in 8 patients by pulsed duplex sonography. The diagnosis is easy, though optimum patient preparation is required, and Duplexsonography may help to reduce the frequency of angiography in this special clinical situation.

脉冲双功超声用于诊断下极动脉，这些动脉穿过输尿管肾盂交界处，可能是肾积水的原因。我们通过脉冲双功超声在8例患者中识别出了交叉血管。诊断很容易，不过需要患者做好最佳准备，并且双功超声在这种特殊临床情况下可能有助于减少血管造影的频率。
