In this study, three new compounds, roxburic acid A () and two flavone glycosides isorhamnetin-3--rhamnosyl-(1→6)--glucopyranose-(1→3)--glucopyranoside (), and kaempferol-7--glucopyranosyl-(1→3)--glucopyranoside () were isolated from an ethanol extract of the fresh (Wall.) Lindl., together with 10 known compounds (). The structures of these compounds were comprehensively characterized by HR-ESI-MS, H NMR, C NMR, and 2 D-NMR. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of the isolated compounds was evaluated, and the results showed that kaempferol--glucopyranosyl- (1→3) --glucopyranoside () and rutin () has the potential antioxidant activity with IC values of 139 μg/mL and 22.5 μg/mL respectively.
在本研究中,从新鲜的(Wall.)Lindl.的乙醇提取物中分离出三种新化合物,即罗汉果酸A()以及两种黄酮苷,异鼠李素-3--鼠李糖基-(1→6)--吡喃葡萄糖苷-(1→3)--吡喃葡萄糖苷()和山柰酚-7--吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)--吡喃葡萄糖苷(),同时还分离出10种已知化合物()。这些化合物的结构通过高分辨电喷雾电离质谱(HR-ESI-MS)、氢核磁共振(H NMR)、碳核磁共振(C NMR)和二维核磁共振(2D-NMR)进行了全面表征。对分离出的化合物的二苯基苦味酰基自由基清除活性进行了评估,结果表明山柰酚--吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3) --吡喃葡萄糖苷()和芦丁()具有潜在的抗氧化活性,其半数抑制浓度(IC)值分别为139μg/mL和22.5μg/mL。
