Abstract

2-Alkoxycarbonylindolin-3-one is synthesized from a methoxyglycine derivative a 1,2-aza-Brook rearrangement followed by cyclization with bis(trimethylsilyl)aluminum chloride. A short-step synthesis of -benzyl matemone is successfully carried out using the present indolin-3-one synthesis.

2-烷氧羰基吲哚啉-3-酮由甲氧基甘氨酸衍生物经1,2-氮杂-Brook重排,然后与双(三甲基硅基)氯化铝环化合成。利用本吲哚啉-3-酮合成方法成功实现了β-苄基马特莫酮的短步骤合成。
