Abstract

Compared with static hydrothermal synthesis, the crystallization rate of an AlPO-5 molecular sieve has been accelerated distinctly by a rotating hydrothermal synthesis route with obviously decreased crystal particle size, which is assumed to be ascribed to the increased nucleation centers, accelerated crystal nucleation and growth processes; five-coordinated Al is dominant in the initial reaction gel, and the assembly from amorphous Al species to long-range ordered crystals is mainly contributed by the conversion from five-coordinated Al to four-coordinated Al.

摘要

与静态水热合成相比,旋转水热合成路线显著加快了AlPO-5分子筛的结晶速率,晶体粒径明显减小,这被认为归因于成核中心增加、晶体成核和生长过程加快;在初始反应凝胶中,五配位铝占主导地位,从无定形铝物种到长程有序晶体的组装主要是由五配位铝向四配位铝的转变所致。
