We present a case of compartment syndrome caused by an avulsion of the anterior tibial and peroneal muscles from their point of origin. At operation, the avulsed muscles were restored to their bed, and 1 week later a split-thickness skin graft was applied after further debridement. At 2-year followup the patient showed a slight limp.
我们报告一例因胫前肌和腓骨肌从其起始点撕脱导致的骨筋膜室综合征。手术中，将撕脱的肌肉复位至其床面，1周后在进一步清创后进行了分层皮片移植。在2年的随访中，患者有轻微跛行。
