Abstract

In this study, we report the preparation and characterization of the PVA-DTPA-Gd conjugate as a potential MRI contrast agent (CA). The value and the / ratio were about 5.6 mM s and 1.31, respectively. toxicity studies not only demonstrated that the polymeric system possessed good biocompatibility, but also proved that the conjugate could be an attractive candidate for CA.

在本研究中,我们报道了聚乙烯醇-二乙三胺五乙酸-钆(PVA-DTPA-Gd)共轭物作为一种潜在的磁共振成像造影剂(CA)的制备及表征。其弛豫率值和纵向弛豫率与横向弛豫率之比分别约为5.6 mM⁻¹s⁻¹和1.31。毒性研究不仅表明该聚合物体系具有良好的生物相容性,还证明该共轭物可能是一种有吸引力的造影剂候选物。
