To explore the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy in poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC). Advanced GAC has high malignancy and mortality rate. To date, no study has applied photodynamic treatment (PDT) combined with chemo-, targeted, and immunotherapy to treat this cancer. Clinical data of a patient diagnosed with poorly differentiated GAC admitted to the department of oncology of the Lanzhou University Second Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patient underwent four PDT procedures combined with chemo-, targeted, and immunotherapy. A 72-year-old male patient received combination therapy of PDT. This treatment resolved the cancerous tissues and levels of tumor markers. There was no recurrence and metastasis during a 7-month follow-up. Combination therapy of PDT can effectively treat tumors and may be a method suitable for elderly patients with advanced GAC.
探讨光动力疗法联合化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗在低分化胃腺癌(GAC)中的疗效。晚期 GAC 恶性程度高,死亡率高。迄今为止,尚无研究应用光动力治疗(PDT)联合化疗、靶向和免疫治疗治疗这种癌症。回顾性分析兰州大学第二医院肿瘤科收治的 1 例低分化 GAC 患者的临床资料。该患者接受了 4 次 PDT 联合化疗、靶向和免疫治疗。1 例 72 岁男性患者接受 PDT 联合治疗。该治疗方法消除了癌组织,肿瘤标志物水平也降低了。在 7 个月的随访中没有复发和转移。PDT 联合治疗可以有效治疗肿瘤,可能是一种适合晚期 GAC 老年患者的方法。
