Objective To evaluate the effect of this new problem-based learning(PBL) oriented open experimental teaching model. Methods The new model of open experimental teaching was implemented in the medical cell biology experiment course of 2019 program in clinical medicine at Air Force Military Medical University. The results of teaching practice was evaluated by examination and questionnaires. Results The final test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Questionnaire survey of the experimental group students showed that the new model stimulated their learning interest and enthusiasm, improved their innovation and research capability, strengthened their abilities in literature review and problem solving. Conclusion This new PBL oriented open experimental teaching mode effectively improves students' academic performance, and cultivate their scientific spirit, innovative thinking and ability to solve scientific problems. The model evolves with modern medical development and cultivates innovative talents. It can be widely applied in the experiment teaching of basic medicine, such as immunology and biochemistry.
目的 评估这种基于问题的学习(PBL)导向的开放性实验教学新模式的效果。方法 在空军军医大学2019级临床医学专业医学细胞生物学实验课程中实施开放性实验教学新模式。通过考试和问卷调查对教学实践结果进行评估。结果 实验组的期末考试成绩显著高于对照组。对实验组学生的问卷调查表明,新模式激发了他们的学习兴趣和热情,提高了他们的创新和研究能力,增强了他们的文献综述和解决问题的能力。结论 这种基于PBL的开放性实验教学新模式有效提高了学生的学业成绩,培养了他们的科学精神、创新思维和解决科学问题的能力。该模式随着现代医学发展而演变,培养创新人才。它可广泛应用于基础医学的实验教学,如免疫学和生物化学。
