Three arecophila-like fungal samples were collected on dead culms of gramineous plants in China. Morphological studies of our new collections and the herbarium specimen of (generic type) were conducted and the morphological affinity of our new collections with was confirmed. Maximum likelihood and Bayesian analyses using combined ITS, LSU, 2 and β-tubulin data from our collections revealed the phylogeny of . The monospecific genus (type species ), which had been accepted in , is revisited and synonymised under . Based on morphology and phylogeny, sp. nov. and sp. nov. are introduced as new species, while is a new record for China. All the new collections are illustrated and described.
在中国,从禾本科植物的枯死茎杆上采集到了三份类似嗜杆孢属的真菌样本。对我们新采集的样本以及(该属模式种)的标本馆标本进行了形态学研究,并证实了新采集样本与嗜杆孢属的形态相似性。利用我们采集样本的ITS、LSU、28S和β-微管蛋白数据进行的最大似然法和贝叶斯分析揭示了嗜杆孢属的系统发育。重新审视了在《真菌词典》中被认可的单种属(模式种),并将其归为嗜杆孢属的异名。基于形态学和系统发育,引入了新物种嗜杆孢新种和新种,而在中国是新记录。对所有新采集的样本进行了图示和描述。
