Abstract

We report the case of a patient who underwent transcatheter aortic valve implantation left anterior mini-thoracotomy in whom a periapical subcutaneous collection appeared in the anterior thoracic wall 18 months after the procedure. The tissue defect was efficaciously repaired intercostal artery perforator flap, preserving the thoracodorsal and internal mammary arteries.

摘要

我们报告了一例接受经导管主动脉瓣植入术及左前小切口开胸手术的患者，术后18个月在胸前壁出现根尖下皮下积液。采用肋间动脉穿支皮瓣有效修复了组织缺损，保留了胸背动脉和胸廓内动脉。
