A novel and facile methodology for the synthesis of sulfonated benzo[]oxepinone and chromane derivatives was reported by the reaction of propargyl chalcones with arylsulfonyl chloride via radical cascade annulation/sulfonation under laboratory conditions. Readily available propargyl chalcones, commercialized arylsulfonyl chloride, and simple reaction conditions make this six(seven)-membered oxygen-containing heterocycles' synthetic strategy more attractive and with significant application values.
本文报道了一种新颖且简便的方法,即在实验室条件下,通过自由基级联环化/磺化反应,使丙炔查耳酮与芳基磺酰氯反应,合成磺化苯并[1,3]氧杂环庚酮和色满衍生物。该合成策略使用了易得的丙炔查耳酮、商业化的芳基磺酰氯和简单的反应条件,使六(七)元含氧杂环的合成更具吸引力,具有重要的应用价值。
