Abstract

We present an interesting image of an intense PSMA-positive follicular thyroid carcinoma incidentally detected by [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT in a 76-year-old man with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated PSMA expression in the endothelial cells of tumor tissue. This interesting image should remind colleagues to consider malignant thyroid neoplasia in PSMA-positive thyroid lesions.

我们展示了一张有趣的图像,该图像是在一名76岁前列腺癌生化复发男性患者中,通过[镓]镓-PSMA-11 PET/CT偶然发现的一例强烈PSMA阳性的滤泡性甲状腺癌。免疫组织化学染色显示肿瘤组织的内皮细胞中有PSMA表达。这一有趣的图像应提醒同行,对于PSMA阳性的甲状腺病变要考虑到甲状腺恶性肿瘤。
