At present on principle 3 methods are taken into consideration for the treatment of the posttraumatic strictures of the urethra: 1. the skin filling methods, 2. the methods used by us personally, based on bursting the stricture and using the abundantly mobilised distally flapped distal stump of the urethra and 3. the urethrotomy under vision with sharp cut. Whether one method may claim exclusiveness, we shall know probably already in the next years.
目前，原则上考虑采用3种方法治疗创伤后尿道狭窄：1. 皮肤填充法；2. 我们个人使用的方法，即基于切开狭窄并利用充分游离的尿道远侧皮瓣远侧残端；3. 直视下锐性切开的尿道切开术。一种方法是否能独占鳌头，或许在未来几年我们就会知晓。
