Abstract
Computed tomographic changes developing in the surroundings of a supratentorial meningioma were studied in 31 patients. Four types of changes were revealed: brain edema, softening, pathological accumulation of fluid, and foci of hyperemia. A possible mechanism of these changes is discussed and their common origin is pointed out.

对31例幕上脑膜瘤周围发生的计算机断层扫描变化进行了研究。发现了四种变化类型：脑水肿、软化、液体病理性积聚和充血灶。讨论了这些变化的可能机制并指出了它们的共同起源。
