In the primary and early operative treatment of deep burns of the hand necrectomy is the main point. Grafting of skin is urgent, too, but it is secondary to necrectomy. The hazard to the deep structures on the hand make a primary flap plasty necessary. However, if it is about a relative indication or the personal and material conditions are missing, a temporary skin replacement (biological bandage) is appropriate.
在手深度烧伤的初期及早期手术治疗中，坏死组织切除术是关键。皮肤移植也很紧急，但它次于坏死组织切除术。手部深部结构面临的风险使得一期皮瓣成形术成为必要。然而，如果是相对适应证或者缺乏个人及物质条件，临时皮肤替代（生物敷料）是合适的。
