[Isolated dislocation of the os hamatum (author's transl)].

A case of inveterated dislocation of the os hamate is reported in this paper. Deficiencies in the diagnosis of the injury are pointed out. The patient had to take on rehabilitated work because of this unrecognized and unreduced dislocation. The authors refers to the scanty data in medical papers, that can be hardly found, he briefly discusse the anatomy of this small bone, problems in diagnosis and treatment.
