The technique of simultaneous study of stomach functions and the secretory levels of its glands was developed on the CC57W/MvY mice using morphological, bio- and histochemical methods. Protein RNA, DNA contents and levels of gastric tissue SDH activity as well as the composition of the gastric juice were studied. The correlation of gastric secretion with the activity of its tissue SDH was demonstrated.
利用形态学、生物学和组织化学方法，在CC57W/MvY小鼠身上开发了同时研究胃功能及其腺体分泌水平的技术。研究了蛋白质、RNA、DNA含量、胃组织SDH活性水平以及胃液成分。证实了胃分泌与其组织SDH活性之间的相关性。
