In this study, twenty novel pyrimidine derivatives bearing a 1,3,4-thiadiazole skeleton were designed and synthesized. Then their antifungal activity against (), (), and sp. were determined using the poison plate technique. Biological test results showed that compound revealed lower EC values (25.9 and 50.8 μg/ml) on sp. than those of pyrimethanil (32.1 and 62.8 μg/ml).
在本研究中,设计并合成了20种带有1,3,4-噻二唑骨架的新型嘧啶衍生物。然后使用毒饵平板技术测定了它们对()、()和sp.的抗真菌活性。生物测试结果表明,化合物对sp.的EC值(25.9和50.8μg/ml)低于嘧霉胺(32.1和62.8μg/ml)。
