The paper deals with the clinical peculiarities and common characteristics of the formation and pathogenesis of the main symptoms of alcoholism in individuals with and without lung tuberculosis. The conducted clinical study suggests that the pathoplastic pathogenetic effect of lung tuberculosis results in an accelerated development of the main symptoms of alcoholism and is responsible for polymorphism of the clinical picture including the atypical symptomatology.
本文探讨了患有和未患有肺结核的个体中酒精中毒主要症状的形成和发病机制的临床特点及共同特征。所进行的临床研究表明,肺结核的致病病理作用导致酒精中毒主要症状加速发展,并导致临床症状的多态性,包括非典型症状。
