Primary urothelial-type adenocarcinoma of the prostate is extremely rare. We describe FDG PET/CT findings in a case with primary poorly differentiated urothelial-type adenocarcinoma of the prostate with pelvic lymph node metastases. Both the prostate tumor and its metastatic lesions showed intense FDG uptake. The patient had normal serum prostate-specific antigen and elevated carcinoembryonic antigen levels, which may be helpful for the differential diagnosis.
前列腺原发性尿路上皮型腺癌极为罕见。我们描述了一例前列腺原发性低分化尿路上皮型腺癌伴盆腔淋巴结转移的 FDG PET/CT 表现。前列腺肿瘤及其转移病灶均呈现明显的 FDG 摄取。患者的血清前列腺特异性抗原正常，癌胚抗原升高，这可能有助于鉴别诊断。
