Research around sport-related concussion (SRC) has made great advances during the twenty-first century. However, few studies have systematically analyzed the published SRC research.
A bibliometric analysis was conducted of data from articles from the Web of Science Core Collection database. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze publication trends, most productive countries, institutions, authors, journals, research fields, and references with the highest citation number. VOSviewer software was used to perform network visualization and keywords co-occurrence analysis. CiteSpace software was used to perform reference co-citation analysis.
Attention to research in SRC has rapidly increased in recent years. Our work is a holistic overview that summarizes the hotspots, frontiers, and prospects of SRC, thus providing valuable information and guidance concerning research directions for those who are interested in or are dedicated to SRC research.
在 21 世纪,与运动相关的脑震荡(SRC)研究取得了巨大进展。然而,很少有研究系统地分析已发表的 SRC 研究。

1)2000 年至 2021 年,SRC 研究的出版物数量和被引次数逐渐增加;2)美国是 SRC 研究的领先国家;3)SRC 研究中普遍存在国家、机构和研究人员之间的广泛合作;4)P. McCrory、M. McCrea 和 K.M. Guskiewicz 是最具影响力的 3 位高产作者;5)SRC 研究涉及多学科视角和方法;6)SRC 研究主要涵盖初级预防、诊断和管理方面,近年来后两者受到了更多关注;7)关于“教育”、“预测因素”、“青年”、“运动”、“可靠性”、“有效性”和“基线”的具体问题是 SRC 的研究前沿。
近年来,人们对 SRC 的研究关注度迅速提高。我们的工作是对 SRC 的热点、前沿和前景的全面概述,为那些对 SRC 研究感兴趣或致力于 SRC 研究的人提供了有价值的信息和指导,以确定研究方向。
