Abstract

An easy and effective way to synthesize dual-functionalized cellulose derivatives with processability and fluorescence functionality by one-pot modification of successive esterification and carbonation under mild condition is established with the use of DMSO/DBU/CO system. Accordingly, four kinds of dual-functionalized cellulose derivatives with rather good fluorescent response are obtained. After blending the synthesized dual-functionalized cellulose derivative with cellulose acetate as functional additive in solution, cast film with the elastic modulus, stress and strain reaches to 2.2 GPa, 34.1 MPa and 5.7% is prepared. Besides, the cast film also exhibits the ability to detect the pH value at 12-14 with detection accuracy of 0.4 through the change of fluorescent color. This research shows a simple but effective way to prepare dual-functionalized cellulose derivatives for the high-quality applications in field of detection.

建立了一种在 DMSO/DBU/CO 体系中温和条件下通过一锅连续酯化和碳酸化反应对纤维素进行功能化修饰的简便方法,成功合成了具有加工性能和荧光功能的双功能化纤维素衍生物。相应地,得到了 4 种具有较好荧光响应的双功能化纤维素衍生物。将合成的双功能化纤维素衍生物与醋酸纤维素在溶液中作为功能添加剂共混,制备出弹性模量、应力和应变分别达到 2.2 GPa、34.1 MPa 和 5.7%的弹性薄膜。此外,该薄膜还通过荧光颜色的变化,表现出在 12-14 pH 值范围内检测的能力,检测精度为 0.4。该研究为制备高质量的检测用双功能化纤维素衍生物提供了一种简单有效的方法。
