The case of a ruptured mycotic aneurysm of the aortic arch in a 40-year-old patient is reported. Successful surgery was performed using deep hypothermia with circulatory arrest. Reconstruction was carried out using an intraluminal ringed vascular prosthesis. The postoperative course was uncomplicated and 10 months after surgery the patient is symptomless and back at his original job.
报道了一例40岁患者主动脉弓霉菌性动脉瘤破裂的病例。采用深低温停循环技术成功实施了手术。使用腔内带环血管假体进行了重建。术后过程顺利,术后10个月患者无症状,已重返原工作岗位。
