The magnetic properties of lead selenide (PbSe) and indium-doped lead telluride (PbTe:In) composites have been studied by using the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique. The samples were obtained by using the pulsed laser deposition method (PLD). Temperature dependences of the EPR spectra were obtained. The analysis of the temperature dependencies of the integral intensity of the EPR spectra was performed using the Curie-Weiss law. In these materials, the paramagnetic centers of Pb and Pb ions were identified. The results are discussed.
通过电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术研究了硒化铅(PbSe)和铟掺杂碲化铅(PbTe:In)复合材料的磁性。样品采用脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)制备。获得了EPR谱的温度依赖性。利用居里 - 外斯定律对EPR谱积分强度的温度依赖性进行了分析。在这些材料中,确定了Pb和Pb离子的顺磁中心。对结果进行了讨论。
