Abstract

Herein, we report the development of an efficient green procedure for synthesizing carbonyl furan derivatives by dehydrogenative coupling of furfuryl alcohol with carbonyl compounds. The reaction is performed under mild reaction conditions in the presence of PNP-Mn as the catalyst and a weak base (CsCO). A range of ketones and aldehydes were efficiently diversified with furfuryl alcohol to afford furyl-substituted saturated ketones, and α,β-unsaturated ketones and aldehydes in good isolated yields.

在此,我们报告了一种通过糠醇与羰基化合物的脱氢偶联合成羰基呋喃衍生物的高效绿色方法。该反应在温和的反应条件下,以 PNP-Mn 为催化剂和弱碱(CsCO)存在下进行。一系列酮和醛与糠醇高效地进行了多样化反应,以良好的分离收率得到了呋喃取代的饱和酮、α,β-不饱和酮和醛。
