A case of renal leiomyoma in a 35-year-old female is presented. Since 1948, fifteen cases including our own case of renal leiomyoma, have been reported in the Japanese literature. They were discovered either from clinical symptoms or incidentally by on image diagnostic study. Some diagnostic and therapeutic problems are discussed.
本文报告了一例35岁女性肾平滑肌瘤病例。自1948年以来，日本文献中已报道了包括我们自己的病例在内的15例肾平滑肌瘤。这些病例要么是从临床症状中发现的，要么是通过影像诊断研究偶然发现的。本文讨论了一些诊断和治疗问题。
