Abstract
The authors describe a rare case of local tumour-like laryngeal amyloidosis in a patient, 61, with clinically observed increasing hoarseness during a 10-month period. The amyloid absorbed Congo red, and its ultrastructure was typical. The role of fibroblasts is confirmed in the formation of the fibrillar component of amyloid protein. Phenomena of amyloidoclasy are described.

作者描述了一例罕见的局部肿瘤样喉淀粉样变性病例，患者为61岁男性，在10个月期间临床观察到声音嘶哑逐渐加重。淀粉样物质可吸收刚果红，其超微结构典型。证实了成纤维细胞在淀粉样蛋白纤维成分形成中的作用。描述了淀粉样蛋白溶解现象。
