Abstract
Diagnostic biopsy of a left atrial mass is technically feasible but has the risk of tumor embolization causing stroke or seeding. In this case report, we highlight the technical steps for left atrial mass biopsy under transesophageal echocardiography guidance by using cerebral embolic protection. Pathologic examination disclosed low-grade B-cell lymphoma. ().

对左心房肿块进行诊断性活检在技术上是可行的，但存在肿瘤栓塞导致中风或种植转移的风险。在本病例报告中，我们重点介绍了在经食管超声心动图引导下，使用脑栓塞保护装置对左心房肿块进行活检的技术步骤。病理检查显示为低级别B细胞淋巴瘤。（）
