Anterolateral leg island flap.

Three anterolateral leg island flaps based on the septocutaneous vessels of the anterior crural intermuscular septum were successfully transferred. The anterolateral leg island flap is thin, reliable and relatively easy to raise. It is extremely useful for covering the knee and the upper half of the leg.
