Abstract

We present the genome sequence of sp. strain R1, isolated from water canal sediments and possessing genes responsible for antimicrobial metabolites and plant growth promotion. The genome assembly contains 7,936,694 bp with 72.24% of guanine-cytosine content. This genome will provide basic knowledge of the genes and pathways involved in the above mechanisms.

我们展示了从水渠沉积物中分离出的sp. 菌株R1的基因组序列,该菌株拥有负责抗菌代谢物和促进植物生长的基因。基因组组装包含7,936,694个碱基对,鸟嘌呤-胞嘧啶含量为72.24%。该基因组将为上述机制中涉及的基因和途径提供基础知识。
