Abstract

Male pattern alopecia can be significantly improved with punch autografts, scalp reductions, and/or hair-bearing flaps. In the authors' experience, the choice of the appropriate surgical modality is expedited by utilizing the classification of baldness coupled with the quality of the donor hair.

男性型秃发可通过打孔自体移植、头皮缩减术和/或有毛发皮瓣得到显著改善。根据作者的经验，利用秃发分类并结合供体毛发质量可加快选择合适的手术方式。
