Advocacy for Policies That Achieve Our Vision: Later this month, the second-ever White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health will be held in Washington, D.C. And just as the Academy and our members "were involved in the planning and preparations, the evaluation of this historic meeting, and the preparation of a final report to President Nixon" for the initial 1969 conference, so have we played an important role in this month's upcoming conference as well.
