In 62 patients with angina pectoris of different functional classes, physical stress tolerance has been compared to changes of apexcardiographic variables in the postural test. It has been demonstrated that anginal patients have abnormal relaxation velocity and left ventricular filling. Passive volume redistribution test allows one to reveal diastolic myocardial dysfunction, severity of which is related to the degree of coronary insufficiency.
对62例不同功能分级的心绞痛患者，在姿势试验中比较了身体应激耐受性与心尖心动图变量的变化。结果表明，心绞痛患者存在舒张速度异常和左心室充盈异常。被动容量再分布试验可揭示舒张期心肌功能障碍，其严重程度与冠状动脉供血不足程度相关。
