Herein, readily available and inexpensive CDCl was first identified as a new trideuteromethylation reagent under photoredox-catalyzed conditions. Thus, a facile photocatalytic protocol for the C-H trideuteromethylation of quinoxalin-2(1)-one was achieved. This operationally straightforward transformation displays a broad scope and provides a new route to introduce the trideuteromethyl group (CD) with excellent levels of deuterium content.
在此,易于获得且价格低廉的CDCl首次被鉴定为光氧化还原催化条件下的一种新型三氘甲基化试剂。因此,实现了一种用于喹喔啉-2(1)-酮的C-H三氘甲基化的简便光催化方法。这种操作简单的转化反应具有广泛的适用范围,并提供了一条引入具有优异氘含量水平的三氘甲基(CD)的新途径。
